iPAD (Infrastructure Partnerships for African Development) East Africa 2009, incorporating the 11th annual East African Power Industry Convention (EAPIC), is the one-stop-shop, high-level conference and exhibition focusing on infrastructure development, trade and investment in East Africa.

iPAD East Africa, as the strategic regional event for the East African region, will provide a forum for government and business to meet and explore opportunities for developing and investing in the infrastructure of the region.

It is in this context that iPAD East Africa comes to the United Republic of Tanzania. Regional integration and co-operation will be key factors in ensuring that the region can meet its increasing need for energy and infrastructure development.
