Mozambique’s Institute of National Petroleum (INP) has announced the opening of it’s fourth licensing round for seven onshore areas.

INP exploration manager Carlos Zacarias said the award of licenses for the seven sites up for grabs will start from September 2010. 

International oil companies are targeting oil and massive gas reserves in Mozambique.
