Following reforms which see an entrepreneur able to start a business in three days, Rwanda has been named as the World’s Top Business Reformer in an annual report by the International Finance Corporation, reports AllAfrica.com.
Rwanda has also improved import/export efficiency, reduced the time it takes to transfer property, increased investor protection and improved insolvency reorganisation.
In the same report, Mauritius was recognised once again as being the easiest African country in which to do business, while Liberia and Egypt were named in the World’s top 10 reformers.
