Morocco’s main telecoms operator Maroc Telecom unveilded a $1.3 billion investment programme on Thursday, reports Reuters.

The operator which is majority-owned by French media group ViVendi said it had signed the investment programme with Morocco’s government, and also agreed to improve infrastructure throughout the country.
