Project: Leisure/retail outlet

Location: Livingstone

Summary: The development has tenure rights, permission and environmental approvals and will consist of three sites as follows:

Site 1 -19 hectares to hold:

• Filling station
• Secure car park to accommodate more than 50 vehicles.
• Shops
• Banking facilities
• Restaurants
• Three and a five star hotels
• Convention centre

Site 2 - 0.8020 hectares, would be an entertainment centre and a restaurant

Site 3 - 4.155 hectares would host residential housing

Proposed investment structure: Joint venture, trading partnership, technical partner, technical assistance, management agreement, or sub-contracting agreement.

Licences: Authorisation licence, tourism enterprise licence, hotel and hotel managers licences and casino licence. Other licences may be required from the local authority, depending on the nature of activities.
